I. New standards for management of user login and passwords

 The information about username (login) and the passwords are not available in the system to any users. BBelements administrators can´t notify you the logins and passwords because logins and passwords are cryptic now. In case that someone will lose or forget access data, senior user (Admin, Install Admin) is able to create access data again according to instructions below. If you lose access to your Instal Admin account, please contact our support department (support@bbelements.com).

 To create the new login and password:

1. Login to your account. (You can change the login and the password to your collegue. It means that the Instal Admin can change Admin data, Admin can change User data etc.)
2. In the administration bookmark – Users – try to search for user you want to create new access data.
3. Click on pencil to edit data
4. Click on one of the option: change username, change password
5. Enter your password to password box in currently logged user
6. Enter new password. When you create the password you can see an information on how the password is safe.
7. Confirm the changes by clicking on Send a question

 II. The increased security in the transition to other user account from the Administration

 So far it was possible to go over very quickly on the selected junior account using the red arrow next at the user´s name. First of all you have to enter your password and after that you will be redirected to the account.

 The system keeps track of these accesses which help to avoid unauthorized attempts to log in on users accounts.
